About Winch Machine

SALIENT FEATURES
  • "ABM" Power Driven Winch Machines are designed as per IS : 9507 - 1979 and are suitable for Heavy Duty applications.
  • Speeds other then given in Technical Data can also be available.
  • Generally, Winches with Right Hand Operation are manufactured, however the same can be supplied with outer side operation also as per requirement

BASE FRAME:Fabricated with Rolled Steel Sections / Plates properly ribbed, floored with Chequered plate for working area, Lifting lugs, Anchoring Holes for foundation, provided.

REDUCER:1st stage reduction with Worm Reduction Gear Box of reputed make & other reduction with open Spur Gears & Pinions.

ROPE DRUM
  • Steel Fabricated Drum duly machined, with flanges at both ends, winding capacity 100 mtr. of Wire Rope.
  • Drums with larger winding capacity is also available.

WIRE ROPE:6 x 19, IWRC construction, best plough steel confirming to IS - 2266 is supplied with Winch machine at extra cost.

MOTORS:High Starting Torque, class B Insulation, 150 Starts / Hr, 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, A.C. Insulation, Squirrel Cage / Slipring Motors confirming to IS-325 of reputed make like NGEF / AEI / SIMENS etc.

CONTROL & CONTROL PANEL
  • The winch is operated by Push Button Station / controller at 110 V, fixed on machine.
  • The Control equipments like Tripple Pole Reversible Contactors, H.R.C. fuses, Pilot Lamp etc. of reputed make like EE / BCH / LT are housed in dust & Vermin Proof Steel Sheet Panel Box.
  • One step down transformer is also provided for safety of operating Personnel.
  • Overload Relay with single Phasing protection is provided at extra cost.

BRAKE:Electromagnetic / Electro Hydraulic Thruster, DOuble Shoe Type Brake and / or Hand Operated brake provided as per requirement.

LIMIT SWITCH:Rotary Gear Type Switch is provided to prevent over Hoisting / Traveling at extra cost, if required.

TEST:All machines are tested at 25% overload.
